At first glance, such manipulations seem simple and therefore many inexperienced girls try to perform this procedure on their own in order to detect conception.
Is it possible to feel early pregnancy at home? This is impossible to do, since in the first 2-3 months after fertilization the only sign of conception is softening of the walls of the uterus. And only an experienced specialist can notice this.
Moreover, self-palpation of the uterus in early pregnancy can provoke a number of complications:
• uterine hypertonicity;
• miscarriage;
• uterine bleeding;
• severe pain;
• infection.
To avoid such negative consequences, it is best not to engage in self-examination and entrust this procedure to a gynecologist.
