The negative effect of drinking soft drinks


Soft drinks are defined as soft drinks (as opposed to hard drinks are alcoholic beverages).

Soft drinks contain large amounts of phosphorus, which interferes with calcium absorption and may affect the development of bones and teeth in young people who regularly consume soft drinks in large quantities.

Soft drinks are not harmful to them in moderation. The danger is that if taken regularly in large quantities, they can satisfy hunger and to take the place of essential nutrients in the diet.

Caution:

Do not be misled by the name of fruit flavored drinks. As you read closely, the labels will not disclose the non-carbonated fruit drinks often contain fruit juice under 10%, while the accommodation of large amounts of sweeteners and colorings.
