Reconcile working life and pregnancy is often physically and mentally tiring. And for good reason: the daily demands are grafted body modifications, energy-intensive. Consequently, the need for sleep with a pregnant woman is increased by one hour per day. Try to meet these new limits and rest when you feel the need. What is good for you is good for your child.
