Preparation for conception.

In order for the pregnancy to be successful, it is better to prepare for it. Couples who are planning a child adjust their lifestyle so that the processes that promote conception in the body run smoothly, and the likelihood of pregnancy increases.

Visiting a gynecologist. A woman who plans to conceive a child should see a doctor regularly. The specialist will conduct an examination, tell you if there are any problems in the body that should be eliminated before conception, and give recommendations for adjusting your lifestyle. If problems are observed, the doctor will identify their cause and prescribe treatment. However, the gynecologist is not the only specialist to visit during this period. It is advisable to check health in several ways: pregnancy is a serious burden on the body. It is advisable to eliminate in advance the factors that can interfere or harm during pregnancy. A man should also be examined: the quality of spermatozoa is no less important for successful conception than the state of a woman's body.

Taking vitamins. If the body lacks nutrients, the chance of pregnancy may decrease. In the case of severe beriberi or lack of weight, menstruation, and with it ovulation, simply does not occur, that is, fertilization is impossible.

Nutrition. Problems leading to conception failure are often caused by inadequate or improper nutrition. For the onset of pregnancy, optimal weight is needed: its lack leads to inhibition of reproductive processes, an excess is harmful due to possible endocrine disorders.

Physical exercise. Hypodynamia harms all body systems, including reproductive. Moderate exercise is shown to improve metabolism, which in turn increases the likelihood of conception. Of course, excessive fanaticism, as in the case of nutrition, is inappropriate: excessive overload will only harm the body and reduce the likelihood of becoming pregnant. It is necessary to maintain a level of physical activity that does not cause serious stress to the body. This will allow:

• keep the body in good shape;

• normalize metabolism;

• strengthen muscles, which is especially important for successful gestation;

• improve sleep;

• increase libido.

The impact of physical activity on emotional well-being is also important. Stress reduces the chance of getting pregnant, and moderate activity is a good way to relieve it. It is recommended that both parents reconsider their lifestyle: both the female and male reproductive systems will benefit from healthy loads. If the couple has already practiced sports or fitness, they can be continued, but avoiding overload.
