Possible problems at 2 months of pregnancy.

Bloody discharge in the second month may be a variant of the norm. This is the so-called implantation bleeding, which occurs when the embryo attaches to the wall of the uterus. But if at the same time your lower back hurts, your lower abdomen is strongly pulled, the discharge is plentiful, you should seek help from a hospital. These are symptoms of threatened miscarriage.

Ectopic pregnancy.

It develops when a fertilized egg does not reach the uterine cavity and attaches to the wall of the fallopian tube. At first, a woman experiences all the same symptoms as during a normal pregnancy: delayed menstruation, nausea, and the level of hCG rises. However, already at the beginning of the 2nd month of gestation, when the size of the fetus becomes critical, there will be sharp pains in the lower abdomen and in the lumbar region, and heavy bleeding may begin. Urgent hospitalization and surgical intervention is required.
