Change in discharge during implantation.

Implantation bleeding in the form of spotting or pink discharge is an early sign of pregnancy, which usually appears six to twelve days after conception. Implantation of the embryo into the uterine mucosa is accompanied by a partial dissolution of the endometrium, due to which the discharge increases slightly, minor stains on linen or minor bleeding are possible. Most women consider this to be the start of their period, as this time may be before their period or at the start of a new menstrual cycle. Ovulation bleeding or stains on underwear are common and nothing to worry about as the bleeding stops after a short period of time.
